Terms of Service

1. About the Company

These terms govern services provided by SK Immigration Services (SMC-Private) Limited (CUIN 0304985), operating from Office No. 10, Alfazal Plaza 64C, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.

2. Nature of Services

• Immigration file preparation and documentation assistance
• Educational guidance on visa categories
• University and employer admission assistance
• Document attestation coordination
• Visa appointment booking assistance

We are an immigration consultancy, not a legal firm. We do not provide court representation.

3. No Visa Guarantee Policy

SK Immigration Services does not guarantee, promise, or imply any specific visa outcome. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

4. Fee Policy

• All consultancy fees are communicated in writing before payment
• Government fees (BEOE, Enjaz, VFS, embassy, medical) are paid to the authority and are separate
• Consultancy fees are non-refundable once file preparation has commenced, unless we cannot begin the service
• A visa refusal does not automatically entitle a fee refund — our service is file preparation, not visa approval

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Respond promptly to document requests
• Attend scheduled appointments
• Not misrepresent profile, finances, or intentions to any authority

False documents may result in permanent visa bans. We cease services if fraud is discovered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, SK Immigration Services is not liable for:

• Visa refusals
• Changes in embassy requirements or immigration rules
• Government processing delays
• Indirect or consequential losses

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab.
